A man uses a tractor to attempt to low out a fire Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019 in the 4700 block of County Road 1600 near Roff. The fire was started by a malfunctioning hay baler, and spread to more than a dozen hay bales before being brought under control by area firefighters.
